Fashionably
Late for the Relationship is an HD feature by video artist Luke
DuBois for Bitforms gallery in Chelsea. A three-day, slow-motion performance
in Union Square, New York is compressed into a 72 minute film in which
a woman gets ready for a date in real time.
As Producers, WIKA faces several unique challenges (72 hours of continuous recording on 4 HD cameras, a 3 day continuous public theatrical production on a traffic island in NYC, a 24 hour rotating film crew, etc.). WIKA also worked with the artist and Director of Photography to design a cutting edge recording system using over 10 TB of HD video.
